Pok Oi Hospital has launched “Pok Oi x Old Master Q Hong Kong Online Run 2022” to promote sporting culture and a healthy lifestyle during the pandemic, encouraging people to face the epidemic with an optimistic attitude and to relieve stress by doing exercise. With the VIRTUAL format of the “Online Run”, participants can enjoy running without venue restrictions; integrate exercise and charity elements into daily life while raising funds for Pok Oi Hospital’s social services, making the run more significant. Come and run around with the familiar Old Master Q and friends!

The event is divided into Ding Dong Vitality Online Run – Sockie Rabbit Lunar New Year Run (individual group) and Ding Dong Vitality Online Run - Rabbit Lunar New Year Run (Parent-Child Group) Sockie Rabbit and Ding Dong are cheering for everyone! Entering 2023, the first event to participate must be Ding Dong & Sockie Rabbit Vitality New Year’s Online Run. 堅持跑的感覺到底是怎樣，你想起嗎？ 香港青年協會賽馬會「青年好動」體育發展計劃「青年好動線上跑」鼓勵大眾與青少年同行，一起踏上堅持跑步之路。線上跑將於2022年12月3日至2023年1月31日期間以「線上跑」形式進行，分為個人3公里、個人10公里及4人隊際16公里挑戰。 而跑步其中一樣教會我們的事，就是堅持。堅持向前跑，堅持挑戰自己。

今年高瞻行是高主教書院65週年紀念活動的第一頭炮活動。活動目的是為高主教書院 (中學, 小學, 幼稚園) 籌款，善款用作資助學校多元的教育發展; 校舍維修及保養; 提供多項獎學金鼓勵優秀的高主教畢業生及助學金給予有需要的中學生，小學生及幼稚園學生。
